How to disable the voice broadcast?

1. Power off the machine, long press the “SET” button for 5 seconds till the screen display with the “year” icon.

2. Press the “SET” button to skip these setting till the screen shows “SP-ON/OF”. ON means activate the audio reading, “OF” means turn off. Just press the “MEM button to switch. Then press the “Start/Stop” button to save the setting.

Step 1

Wrap the cuff around your upper left arm. Keep your palm up towards on a table.

Step 2

Stretch your arm forward on the desk and keep relaxing. Make sure your palm is upturned, cuff and the heart are at the same level. Sit still and avoid body movement during the measurement.

Make sure the cuff lies about 2-3cm(0.8-1.2in) above the elbow.
